By participating in the Get Rich Tour Photoshoot, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

The terms “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to [Mind of Laru LLC], and the terms “you” or “your” refer to the participant or customer.

Package Details

We offer two packages for the Get Rich Tour Photoshoot: “1 Look Package” and “2 Look Package.”

The 1 Look Package includes
• One 45-minute individual photoshoot session.
• Four re-touched images and all other photos from the session.
• A 30-minute consultation during the shoot.

The 2 Look Package includes
• One 45-minute individual photoshoot session.
• Six re-touched images and all other photos from the session.
• A 30-minute consultation during the shoot.

We also offer a bonus feature: “Bonus Package.”
• The Bonus Package includes a one-hour photoshoot session.
• Two different looks during the session.
•Eight re-touched images.
• The Bonus Package is available for a price of $795.
• Customers can only purchase the Bonus Package if they have previously purchased a Get Rich Tour Package.
• The Bonus Package value remains valid for a period of six months from the date of purchase of the Get Rich Tour Package.

Booking and Payment

• To participate in the Get Rich Tour Photoshoot, you must book your preferred package in advance through our designated booking system or by contacting our customer service.

• The payment for the selected package must be made in full at the time of booking.

• We accept payment via [ paypal, cashapp, e.g., credit card, bank transfer].

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Once a booking is confirmed, there will be no refunds or cancellations allowed.

• In the event that you are unable to attend the scheduled photoshoot session, you may contact us to request a reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability and solely at our discretion.

• If you fail to attend your scheduled photoshoot session without prior notice, you forfeit the opportunity to participate, and no refund or reschedule will be provided.

Late Arrival and Standby List

• Participants are required to arrive at the designated location on time for their scheduled photoshoot session.

• If you are late for your scheduled time slot, you will be placed on a standby list.

• Standby participants will be accommodated for a photoshoot session only if there is an available opening before the end of the day. The availability of such openings is not guaranteed.

Conduct and Participation

• Participants are required to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the photoshoot session.

• Participants must follow the instructions and guidelines provided by our staff during the photoshoot session.

Intellectual Property

• The copyright and all other intellectual property rights of the photographs taken during the Get Rich Tour Photoshoot remain with [Mind of Laru llc. ].

• Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal purposes only, such as social media sharing and personal printing.

• Participants may not use the images for commercial purposes without obtaining written permission from [Your Company Name].

Liability

• We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants and their belongings during the photoshoot session. However, we shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft that may occur during
